Returns: A restocking/handling charge of 15% will apply to all returns. No returns without prior authorization. Items must be new and undamaged, with all accessories included to qualify for a return. Missing parts or damaged parts will be ordered at current prices and charged to your account.
Special Orders: Special orders do not qualify for returns. Custom colors or lay ups are special orders and are not returnable.
Note: For some of the custom, European sailplanes, due to variable delivery schedules and flucuating currencies, we quote each shipment slightly differently.
International Inquiries: The prices quoted apply to US orders only. International customers please contact us by email and let us know what you need. In some cases there are other distributors who supply other parts of the world. We will try to help you where we can.
